Refund policy

Changed your mind

You can cancel your order and return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can give you the return address, and send it back in its original packaging if you can. You pay the postage for returning an item you no longer want.

Faulty or damaged items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund, and we'll cover any return postage. This doesn't affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 14 days. We'll email you when your refund has been processed.
